We have intentionally designed the coursework for Lead Volunteers. Success follows an educationally sound and proven path: READ, REFLECT, WATCH and RESPOND. It is that simple. Each micro learning in this course follows the same doable format. You READ a short section and then REFLECT on what you have read. Then you WATCH a short 3-5 minute video. Finally, you will be asked to make a Lead Volunteer Decision and RESPOND.
There is no need to be overwhelmed. With each section, you will be deeply rewarded as you move through each educationally rich learning cycle. However, I want to call you to action. I want to push you to rise up as a leader. It will take work. It will take effort. This work and effort must be completed IN ADDITION to your regular workload.
